2019 Chenin Blanc

This Chenin Blanc shows strong lime and some tropical fruit on the nose with a mineral palate of grape fruit and pear drop.

2019 Unwooded Chardonnay

This wine shows a concentrated core of orange, white peach and other ripe summer fruits. The palate is juicy and rich with a long dry finish of nectarines and almonds.

2019 Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc has a crisp acidity with a bouquet of yellow summer fruit and herbs. It has a mineral core supporting pungent fruit and a blackcurrant finish.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine offers blackcurrant, berry and black cherry flavors with an undertone of mint and mocha, well rounded with elegant tannins and a refreshing acidity leaving good tannic grip.

2019 Simplicity Red Blend

The nose shows spicy mocha flavors and some vanilla notes derived from American oak. The palate is rich, filled with ripe fruit, pepper and hints of violets, cassis and dark chocolate; smoothed with subtle Merlot flavors and vanilla oak. And the name Simplicity? Well, many great things are born from keeping it simple.

54 Chenin Blanc Reserve

Grapes for this wine is harvested from a 54 year old single vineyard of Chenin blanc on the slopes of the Bottelary Hills, hence the number on the front of the bottle referring to age of the vines in the year the wine was made. This Chenin will compliment an array of dishes: from orange infused duck confit to lemon infused Norwegian salmon on a bed of creamed spinach and potato puree.
